Overview:
Chandler Heights Marketplace is a 125,000 square-foot Bashas' grocery anchored
shopping center.
The center was built in 2006 and given the Architectural Excellence Award by
the city of Chandler. Bashas' grocery was named the "Retailer of the Year" by Progressive Grocer in December,
2005.
Location:
Chandler Heights Marketplace lies within an affluent submarket of Phoenix, and boasts an outstanding location at the prominent
signalized intersection of Chandler Heights Road and Gilbert Road. Both of these
major thoroughfares are undergoing multiple lane expansion to facilitate access
into the property and to enhance the infrastructure of the growing consumer base
in the immediate trade area.
