Las Vegas Industrial Business Park
Overview:
The goal of the Industrial Project is to develop 16-20 free standing, concrete tilt-up industrial buildings
totaling approximately 270,000 square feet on a 20-acre parcel of undeveloped land,
located in North Las Vegas, Nevada.
The buildings range in size from 7,000 to 20,000 square feet and designed to have private fenced yards, at least one "dock high" door and up to 15% of improved office space.
Location:
The Industrial Project is located between Azure Road on the North, Tropical
Parkway on the South and bounded by Beesley Avenue on the West.
This area of North Las Vegas is becoming a new industrial hub, fueled by the close
proximity of the Speedway and easy access to Interstate 15.

The City encompasses 82.2 square miles within Clark
County in Southern Nevada. North Las Vegas is the second fastest growing large city
in the U.S.A. Since 2000, North Las Vegas' population has grown by 75.4 percent,
making it home to 202,520 residents (December 2006). Roughly 1,200 new residents
move to North Las Vegas each month. North Las Vegas is the fourth largest city in
Nevada. The City estimates that by the time it reaches build out in 2025, its population
will be 521,303.
