Romoland Single Family Residential Site (Land Size: 50 Acres)

Overview:
The goal of the residential project is to create approximately 82-152 single-family residential lots which will be sold to a merchant or public home builders, after entitlements have been obtained.

Location:
The property is located at the southwest corner of Mapes Road and Malaga Road in Riverside County, California, and easily accessed by Hwy 74, the major artery through the valley.

In addition, the county is proposing significant improvements to Hwy 74 to include 6 lanes, dedicated bus line and Metrolink transportation.
