Tamiami Trail Development
Overview:
On 2.6 acres of the approximate 6.6 acre site, the joint venture will construct
approximately 86,600 square feet of net rental storage in five separate
structures. One three-story climate controlled building containing 792 storage units
and four one-story buildings containing a total of 121 storage units.
Separate parcels will be created on the remaining four acres and sold for future
development.
Location:
Tamiami Trail Development is located on the southwest corner of Tamiami
Trail (US 41) and Ortiz Boulevard, in the city of North Port, Florida, in the high
growth region of Sarasota County.

Toledo Blade Development
Overview:
On 2.5 acres of the 7.5 acre site, the joint venture will develop
approximately 88,000 square feet of net rental storage in one three-story
climate controlled building and two single story structures, totalling 913 storage
units.
Separate parcels will be created on the remaining five acres and sold for future
development.
Location:
Toledo Blade Development is located along Toledo Blade Boulevard, a main thoroughfare off of I-75 with a daily traffic count of 21,000 cars, in the city
of North Port, Florida, in the high growth region of Sarasota County.
