The company was formed for the purpose of bringing a variety of development projects to market for the investment community. PCD, LLC acts in the capacity of the developer and/or a joint venture partner with other developers that are seeking equity capital and oversight expertise. PCD, LLC has and will continue to participate in land entitlement and/or construction of residential, multi-family, retail/commercial, self-storage and industrial projects.
