Our projects under development include single family land entitlement, multi-tenant industrial entitlement and construction, condominium conversion projects, and retail/commercial projects.

The company provides 1031 exchange investment opportunities and the ability to own property directly through our affiliate, PASSCO Advisors. Since 1998, the company has acquired over 11 million square feet of investment real estate. Fifteen properties have been sold for significant profits to owners and the company.
