Belden Brown, Sr. Vice President - National Sales Manager and Director for Passco Companies, LLC. Mr. Brown joined Passco in 2001. Mr. Brown as National Sales Manager, is responsible for overseeing the regional wholesalers for the company, as well as instituting a marketing plan for the company's capital raising efforts.

Before joining Passco Companies, LLC, Mr. Brown was a Senior Vice President of Cornerstone Ventures, Inc., an institutional real estate operator. Cornerstone Ventures acquires multi-tenant industrial properties in the United States. He helped launch the company's first public offering.

From 1994 through 1999 Mr. Brown was a Vice President of Dunham & Associates Investment Counsel, Inc., an institutional money manager. While at Dunham & Associates, Inc., Mr. Brown was instrumental in rolling out the company's money management program to the Broker Dealer community on a national basis and help increase assets under management by over 200%.

From 1982-1992, Mr. Brown was SVP of Rancho Consultants (which later became Rancon Securities). He represented the company initially in the southern California market. During his tenure with the company was responsible for the marketing of their public offerings in the western United States. He supervised two wholesalers and an administrative support staff, and was instrumental in raising more than $500 million in new capitalization while at Rancon.

Mr. Brown attended the University of Miami and Norwalk Community College. He is a licensed securities dealer and holds NASD Series 7, 22 and 63 licenses.
