Mr. Winn is President and partner of Passco Companies LLC and been with the firm since 1998. Passco is a leading Tenant in Common (“TIC”) sponsor firm offering TIC investments through the broker dealer community since 1998. Passco’s family of companies include; Passco Management LP, Passco Companies Development LLC, Passco Capital Inc. and Vanguard Realty Inc. and provide property management, development and advisory services.

For over 10 years prior to joining Passco, Mr. Winn was Vice President of the Charles Dunn Company, with responsibility for asset and property management, and as the Executive Vice President of The Lease Management Group, a subsidiary of the Charles Dunn Company, with responsibility for lease auditing and consulting services. Charles Dunn Company is a leading full service real estate firm in California and is based in Los Angeles. Mr. Winn supervised property management staff, leasing, capital projects and construction for over 2,000,000 square feet of retail office and industrial properties and managed a staff of auditors who performed audits of high rise Class A office buildings throughout the United States. Some his clients included Mass Mutual Life, Prudential Insurance, Principal Life, and Mutual of New York.

Mr. Winn is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management and a Certified Property Manager, and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and a Certified Shopping Center Manager. Mr. Winn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State Polytechnic University and a Masters in Business Administration from Pepperdine University.
